[Monitoring] We are confirming that the ongoing issue from AWS is not impacting us. As per the update from AWS single, AZ (ape1-az2) in AP-EAST-1 is impacted and currently, we are not using this specific AZ. We will continue to monitor the services for stability and performance. [Identified] This is to notify you that we are observing issues with inSync Cloud services in HongKong region. Issue has been identified at AWS infrastructure issue in HongKong region. AWS Team is taking corrective action to fix this issue. We will continue to monitor the services' health. We will keep you posted.
